General Information for Directors

Band Director Check-InBand Directors will go to the stadium community room inside the stadium gates to the LEFT to check in. The room is located directly across from the elevator. There you will be given your wrist bands, schedule, and assigned a band monitor to accompany your band to the warm-up area. If you have not paid, you may pay at this time.
Please turn in your script at check-in if you have not sent it in.

Wristbands will be given to the directors upon check-in for directors and chaperones. A maximum of 25 chaperone wristbands will be available.
- Band Directors - Each band director will receive a wrist band. There is no limit to the band director wrist bands. They will give the band director access to the 5th floor box viewing and hospitality, and second floor video viewing with your band.
- Chaperones - Band directors will be given a maximum of 25 chaperone wrist bands. This will allow field access during the band's performance and in and out privileges to the stadium.
- VIP - Wristbands are available at the side ticket window. VIP wristbands allow complimentary admission and access to the 5th floor viewing and hospitality area for your school and district administrators and school board.
Grilling Out
Please let our parking lot attendants know when you arrive that your band needs an area to eat dinner. One will be assigned to you. Please place all trash in the provided large trash bin on the bus parking lot.
For Your Safety
Directors: No motorized vehicles will be allowed to drive onto the field. There is no surrounding track. Equipment haulers will not be allowed into the field area, including pit.

Festival Refund Policy
Notice: With Administrator Approval, REFUNDS will be issued for bands withdrawing by September 1, 2023

Festival Communication
All correspondence regarding the Marching Festival will be done electronically. Please refer to this site to print all forms, maps, schedules, and general information about the contest. Note: Please email the script by October 1st to [email protected].

Video Review Room Sign-Up
Each band will be given the opportunity to sign up for a Video Review room upon check-in. All band members and band directors are asked to enter the second floor viewing area through the far west stairwell green doors. A hostess will show you to your consultation room where you can review your judges comments that will be provided on a jump drive. A computer will be available, complete with HDMI hook-ups.
Adjudication - Competition Suite
Judges will be utilizing Competition Suite for both scoring and their commentary.
